Explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Using simple materials and a splash of creativity, junior engineers will learn how submarines sink, float, and navigate underwater as they design, build, and test their very own mini submarines. Which submarine will dive the deepest? Stay balanced the longest? There’s only one way to find out!

Please register using your child's name only. Parents or guardians who use their library card to register can change the name of the registrant to the child and the card will remain linked. Adult accompaniment is required for children under 8 years.

Hillsburgh Branch is located by the Elora Cataract Trailway and Hillsburgh mill pond. Resources include a rentable meeting room, professional kitchen, study room, shaded patio, and parkland. Wi-Fi, computer access and snow shoes are also available.
