Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math will spark your imagination on this global journey.
Will you choose to bravely enter the frosty frontier of food science and answer life’s most important question: Can you make ice cream AND learn about science without losing feeling in your fingers? (Spoiler: yes, but barely.)
In this chilly hands-on lab, brave young scientists will explore freezing points, molecular bonds, emulsification and the mysterious powers of salt and ice. All while shaking, stirring and shivering their way to creating their very own frozen treat.
