Participants will learn to locate historical maps, understand emigration patterns, and utilize old newspapers for valuable insights. This workshop will also explore wills, testaments, and military records, providing a deeper understanding of ancestors' lives and contributions. By the end, participants will have the skills and tools to uncover and document their Scottish roots.
Fergus Branch is located in downtown Fergus by Templin Gardens. This historic Carnegie building features three floors and houses Library Administration, as well as a rentable meeting room, Wi-Fi, and computer access.
